Feb 16, 2019 · For basic media use and easy access, I recommend a dynamic IP (the default option), however if you are using the DS1019+ Synology NAS for Surveillance, regular network backups, internet access or network drives for work, then a static IP is recommended as it ensures less sophisticated (dumb) devices do not lose the NAS. These devices all work fine with the previous Home hub 4 and could connect to the NAS without any issue. I have set the NAS to a static IP address outside the DHCP range set on the home hub, but it doesn't help. When I viewed the device list on the media server on the NAS, I don't seem to find the above devices listed yet. Da ich weitere Kameras hinzufügen wollte, kaufte ich diese Lizenz. Diese wurde noch per Post als Lizenzkarte versendet. Da ich das wusste, ist es kein Problem (Lieferzeit). I created a CNAME for both of them, but while the one for the new Synology works fine, the one for the old one does not seem to redirect properly. A nslookup for that CNAME one shows an IP address associated with my hosting provider instead of the IP assocaited with xxx.myds.me.
