I'm stuck in the same area. I have a WD My Cloud EX4. I figured out how to stop the app, but am unable to install the update. I downloaded the app and it is a .bin extension. I cut/pasted it into the MyCloud but can't run it. What am I missing here? I have uninstalled and tried to install a clean download.
